Special Alert: Elimination Blackjack leaderboard competition is coming soon!
Want to know more about our leaderboard system, how it works and what qualifies? Click on the links below.
The club has three separate leaderboards:
- Poker Tournament Leaderboard
- Elimination Blackjack Tournament Leaderboard
- Overall Tournament Leaderboard
Currently only the “Poker Tournament Leaderboard” counts toward the
“Poker Leaderboard Competition” described above. Club members will start
with zero Tournament Leaderboard (TLB) points on the first day of each
Weekly and Monthly Leaderboard.
Track the progress of your fellow Club Member’s placement on the
Leaderboard by selecting the leaderboard links located in your “My
Account” area of the game lobby.
Not all tournaments will earn players Leaderboard Points!
Tournaments that do count towards the leaderboard:
All regular cash and merchandise tournaments (Daily $1,000 and the month-end $20,000 for example)
Tournaments that do not count towards the leaderboard:
- All Satellites and Super Satellites
- Freeroll Points tournaments
- Tournaments that do not pay out Tournament Points
- Play chip tournaments
- Sit and go tournaments
- $10 Open tournaments
The basic rule of thumb is: if it awards Tournament Points, and you used Tournament Points to enter, then it will award Leaderboard Points.
The Tournament Leaderboard (TLB) points a player receives for each qualifying tournament are based on three factors:
- Tournament buyin (in TPs),
- The number of players in the tournament, and
- Finishing position in the tournament
The TLB points a player receives are a simple product of the three factors:
Tournament Leaderboard Points = {Buyin Factor} X {Players Factor} X {Finish Factor}
Buyin Factor
The first factor is based on the buy in amount of the tournament.
The Buyin Factors are as follows:
| Buyin |
Factor |
| 10 TP |
1 |
| 20 TP |

| 50 TP |

| 500 TP |

| 1000 TP |

Player Factor
The second factor in the equation is based on the number of players in the tournament. To determine which factor to use, look at the number of players in the tournament and find the corresponding number in the table below.
| Players |
Factor |
| 0 – 99 |
10 |
| 100 – 199 |
11.5 |
| 200 – 499 |

16.5 |
| 2,000 – 4,999 |
17 |
| 5,000 + |
17.5 |
Finish Factor
The last factor is based on the position the player finishes in a tournament. There are two different sets of Finish Factors, one for poker tournaments and one for Elimination Blackjack tournaments
Players will earn Leaderboard points for finishing “in the money”. Being “in the money” for leaderboard purposes is simply winning Tournament Points.
Players also lose a small number of TLB Points for not finishing “in the money”. (Don’t worry, though…your Leaderboard points balance can not fall below zero.)

Tournament Leader Board (TLB) Points = {Buyin Factor} X {Players Factor} X {Finish Factor}
Finishing 1st in this example earns 67.50 TLB Points.
67.50 = 1 x 15.0 x 4.50
The Finish Factor for finishing 31-200th place is 0.25, so that player earns 3.75 TLB Points.
3.75 = 1 x 15.0 x 0.25
If the tournament awards Tournament Points for the top 200 places, then the Finish Factor for players who don’t win any Tournament Points (finishing between 201 and 540) is -0.10, so those players each lose 1.50 TLB Points.
-1.50 = 1 x 15.0 x -0.10
An Elimination Blackjack tournament with a 100-TP buy-in has 75 players.
The Buyin Factor is 1.0.

Tournament Leaderboard (TLB) Points = {Buyin Factor} X {Players Factor} X {Finish Factor}
Finishing first in this example earns 45 TLB Points.
45 = 1 x 10.0 x 4.50
The Finish Factor for players eliminated in the Semi Final round, is 0.25, so that player earns 2.5 TLB Points.
2.5 = 1 x 10.0 x 0.25
The Finish Factor for players eliminated before the Semi Final is -0.10, so those players each lose 1 TLB Points.
-1 = 1 x 10.0 x -0.10
