Official Tournament Rules
Following is a description of Official Rules of Play. See Terms and Conditions
for more information.
WPT $10,000 Seat PRIZE tournaments require a minimum of
10 players for poker tournaments and have a maximum of 7,500 players (note
that these minimums and maximums are subject to change without notice to
players). No additional players will be entered into a particular tournament
once the maximum number of players is reached. Players not logged in during
the first 12 minutes of a poker tournament will be eliminated. Entry is on a
first come, first served basis. Provided that the minimum number of players
enters, PRIZE tournaments will be held periodically. The exact days and
times of each PRIZE tournament will be posted in the Tournament Lobby. We
will not conduct a PRIZE tournament unless the minimum number of players
registers to play. Players may enter into the Tournament in one of two ways:
a. Players win entry by finishing in the top 10 in at least one WPT $10,000
Seat Satellite Poker Tournament. Each satellite tournament requires a
minimum of 10 players for poker tournaments and has a maximum of 7,500
players (note that these minimums and maximums are subject to change without
notice to players). No additional players will be entered into a particular
tournament once the maximum number of players is reached. Entry is on a
first come, first served basis. Players not logged in during the first 12
minutes of a poker tournament will be eliminated. The exact number of
tournaments and times of each Satellite Tournament will be posted in the
Tournament Lobby. Entry into each Satellite Tournament requires 10
Tournament Points to buy in (participate).
i. Players can enter any WPT $10,000 Seat Satellite tournament if they have
sufficient Tournament Points to meet the entry requirements, but they can
earn only one (1) entry into the WPT $10,000 Seat PRIZE Tournament,
regardless of how many times they qualify.
ii. No prizes will be given out for the winners of the WPT $10,000 Seat
Satellite Tournaments.
b. Players may enter directly in to the WPT $10,000 Seat PRIZE Poker. Entry
